Can I add one or more insurance policies to my existing booking?
Were you feeling more adventurous at the time of booking than you are now? ;) Or did you simply forget to add one of our amazing insurances? Good news! You can add one or more insurance policies to your booking by contacting our customer service department on the number listed on your travel documents (local rate). There are, however, some time limits for doing this:
● If you want to add the ‘NO EXPLANATION, NO PROOF - CANCELLATION INSURANCE’, it can be added up to 3 days after the date of reservation and more than 15 days before the date of departure.
● If you want to add the ‘ASSISTANCE, REPATRIATION, LUGGAGE, DELAYED FLIGHT- INSURANCE’, you can do so until 1 day before your departure.
● If want to add the MULTI-RISK package, which is a combination of above mentioned insurances, you can do so within 7 days after you made the initial booking.
Insurance policies can only be added to the whole booking. This means that it will apply to all passengers who are included in the particular booking.
