I've lost my luggage and I want to make a claim
Firstly, please contact the airline or the lost luggage department of the airport where the loss occurred to report your lost luggage.

● If you haven't taken out insurance:
Please send us your request via our contac tform, which must be accompanied by proof supplied by the airline.
Our customer service department will send a claim directly to the airline. You’ll be informed of the results by email within around 3 months (average response time for airlines).
