Can I change or cancel my hotel booking?

Did you change your mind? Or made a teeny tiny mistake? Check the conditions corresponding to the rate you booked to see if you can change or cancel your current booking. If your booking can be cancelled and refunded free of charge, we’ll set a deadline for this. You can find this date on your voucher.

To request a change or cancellation, you can:

●      Get in touch with our team through your MY BOOKINGS area

●      Contact our team directly by email at hotel@misterfly.com or on 0892 23 19 19(€0,80 inc. VAT/min)

If the customer service department is able to confirm your change or cancellation, you’ll receive this confirmation by email and in your customer area. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, you can refresh your browser, check the spam folder or your email, or contact us.

We can’t refund a non-amendable or non-refundable booking. The cost will be collected directly by the hotel.
