Bookings are sometimes not entered correctly in the hotel’s system. You must therefore present the voucher that you received after making your booking, which will allow the receptionist to see who made the payment and their emergency number if your booking isn't found.

In case of problems at your destination, we recommend taking a note of the emergency number of our service provider, which is listed on your voucher, and the number of our customer service department, also listed there.
