My card has been declined. Now what?

Firstly, please contact your bank to find out why your card was declined (it’s often because of a limit on online sales) and secondly, contact our customer service department on the number given during your failed purchase to complete your payment. You can also pay with another card on this number.

Or you can pay by bank transfer (fees paid by you - sorry! ).
